We offer 6 speed tiers: 30 Mbps (₹399/mo), 50 Mbps (₹499/mo), 100 Mbps (₹599/mo), 150 Mbps (₹799/mo), 200 Mbps (₹999/mo), and 300 Mbps (₹1,250/mo). All plans are available with monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly billing.
Which plan is best for a family home?▼
Our 100 Mbps Standard plan (₹599/mo) is our most popular choice for families. It supports 4–6 devices simultaneously, handles HD and 4K streaming, video calls, online schooling, and work-from-home comfortably. If you have more than 6 devices or heavy streaming habits, the 150 Mbps or 200 Mbps plan is recommended.
Can I save money by choosing a longer billing period?▼
Yes! Choosing a quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly plan typically saves you money compared to paying month-to-month. Our yearly plan offers the best value overall. You can view all pricing on our Plans page.
What is the 12+1 Scheme?▼
The 12+1 Scheme is our special promotional offer where you subscribe for 12 months and receive 1 month absolutely free — giving you 13 months of internet at the price of 12. Contact us to check if this offer is currently active and applicable to your plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?▼

How do I get a new connection?▼
Getting a new connection is simple: Call us at 83780 28801 or 75077 33833, or visit our office at Shop No 1, Lotus-Deep Garden, Nallasopara (W). You can also use our online booking form. Our team will confirm your address coverage and schedule an installation appointment.
How long does installation take?▼
Once your connection is confirmed and payment is processed, our technician will typically complete installation within 1–3 working days. The installation itself usually takes 1–2 hours depending on your premises.
Do I need to buy a WiFi router?▼
A WiFi router is not included in the plan price, but we offer WiFi routers at a Special Discount when you take a new connection. Our team will recommend a router suitable for your plan speed and home size. Ask about current router offers when you call.
Can I use my existing router?▼
In many cases, yes. However, to get the full benefit of your plan speed (especially 100 Mbps and above), you'll need a router that supports those speeds. Our technician can assess your existing router during installation and advise accordingly.

We provide support from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM for service complaints. Our office is open Monday to Saturday during these same hours.
My internet is not working. What should I do?▼
First, try restarting your router (switch it off, wait 30 seconds, switch it back on). If the issue persists, check all cable connections. If it's still not working, call us at 83780 28801 or 75077 33833 and our support team will help resolve the issue promptly.
My internet is slow. What could be the reason?▼
Slow speeds can be caused by many devices connected simultaneously, router placement, interference from walls or electronics, or temporary network congestion.
